• You should not rely on AI-generated content for professional, medical, or legal advice
• AI characters are fictional and do not represent real individuals

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by MYSISSOFT and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of content you create within the App, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require payment or subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and taxes
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds except as required by applicable law
• Price changes with prior notice

9. Termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYSISSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MYSISSOFT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MYSISSOFT operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
